One of side of you there’s a seemingly endless lake, and on the other side is the beautiful boreal forest that’s mostly untouched territory. No whitewater experience required for this canoe trip. All you need to enjoy this relaxing canoe trip is a canoe, camping gear, and your excitement of having a good time away in the wilderness.

Once you reach Nipekamew Bay, there is a small portage to get to the road where you can get picked up by Montreal River Outposts canoe shuttle service to bring you back to the town of La Ronge.
